Seminar dates are not guaranteed and subject to cancellation or postponement.

If you must cancel, your pre-paid fee will be returned less a $125.00 processing charge which is nothing compared to the annual serious financial losses of a predicted $170,827,000, occurring through theft of proprietary information. (CSI - 2002 Computer Crime and Security Survey)

Substitutions within the organization are allowable, but don't be surprised if they get the next department promotion!

Your refund request must be made in writing and postmarked no later than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date in which you are registered. No refunds 1 week prior to event.
